nsure successful implementation and effective management of the 4 (Four) Hospitals activities. Disaster management &Preparedness Lead, guide and management support Hospital staffs to ensure the implementation of Eye care Activities maintain the Organizational standards as well as Govt. standard cataract surgery protocols. Work under the close collaboration and consultation with Founder & Executive Director to prepare project proposal, plans and budget and implementation.
Ensure participation in observation different National & International day observation that are related to our project activities with partners or individually.
Communicate and Coordinate with others potential stakeholders.
Develop quality documentation on process, achievements, learning and challenges throughout the project implementation.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Six monthly Annual and Special reports and other related reports as per need of the program.
Keep close contact / coordination with other agencies related to the execution of the project and other partners in Bangladesh and abroad.
Explore project performance through review and impact evaluation of the project.
Review and check the monthly financial expenses report in context to the approved budget.
The above contains the main outline of duties. Organization may be assigned in other activities as when required in connection with the program.
Demonstrated skills to develop program strategic planning, annual work plan and budget, supportive supervise the implementation of plans, expenditure and programs, coordinate operational team activities, analyze and review existing policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the team’s performance, monitor and follow up the implementation of new policy and processes and mobilize resources.
