My major experience is in Project Execution, Installation, Commissioning, and Integration of various types of BTS and other Telecom equipments of Samsung Electronics and Ceragon Networks Ltd. in the operation of 4G-VoLte networks of Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd. India.
Hand on experience in installation New Basic Triband site of RJIL.
Engaged in E2E installation activity Enode-B till the completion from field.
Engaged in ATP 11A Acceptance from circle quality lead to the respective INAL till closure.
Analyzing E2E installation quality index checked of new installed sites with circle quality engineer.
Analyzed the quality standard and closed and rectified the open PP.
Co-ordinate with field and circle team for ATP11A, RFE1, EMF Survey Closure.
Performed OADF test on each and every sites before going for integration to minimize network service effecting alarm.
Rich experience in LTE Network integration, configuration and troubleshooting management.
Hand on experience on LTE Software-Teraterm, FileZila, OADF Tolls, Netvelocity, Bandlocker, Siteforge.
Co-ordination with Circle and NHQ LSMR Team for configuration and integration activity of ENB equipment.
Performing ATP 11A, ATP 11B test of sites using Siteforge Application.
Rich experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Samsung Enode-B Equipment (CDU, RDU).
Performing Enode-B Migration, RRH Swap, 4th sector addition on Live Network to expand coverage and capacity of sites.
Performing Enode-B Migration and integration activity with coordination of circle and NHQ LSMR Team.
Analyzing and Rectification of all hardware and RF related factor like:- VSWR, GPS, Tx-Rx Loss, ECP Function fail, DU-RU Power fail, LNA Fail, Low gain, Digital I/p Low, ALD, RET, and different types of alarms to Improve KPI and NWA.
Logging, Rectification and clearance of fault conditions to achieve minimal downtime.
Performing Service Affecting Alarm Rectification activity on field level with help of circle LSMR.
Providing 1st level support to field installation team for rectification of issues.
Fault Management monitoring from LSMR.
Alarm monitoring from LSMR and escalation.
Coordinate with field team for technical support for any EnodeB related issue.
Utility Alarm Integration in site in different SMPS like Linage power, Delta, Exicom.
Support field personnel in installation, commissioning, integration of equipment and acceptance testing activity.
Monitor & Maintain the Computer Systems, Hardware and Networks. Monitor & Maintain Aadhar Software live or remotely through Team Viewer Software. Diagnose Hardware & Software faults. Solve technical & application problem. Install & configure computer based systems. Implementing the suggestions in the plan.
Identifying the resources of the project. Performing designer views across the organization. Ensuring that work should be done on time.
