Role & Responsibility
 Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance.
 Troubleshooting & commissioning of VFD, PLC, Industrial electronic deivices.
 Spare parts monitoring and controlling. And in-house fabrication of spare parts according to requirement.
 Operation and Monitoring Control of all Equipment.
 ISO documentation control over local and imported spares.
 ERP (RAMCO) using in Organization for streamline process & information across the entire department.
 Deploying personnel depending upon requirement like Welders, Mechanics and etc. Handling and deploying maintenance personnel like Electricians, Mechanics, Welders and Electricians of different nationalities.
 Dismantle, Erection & Commissioning of machineries, batching plant, Boiler, Tower Crane, EOT Crane.
 Dismantle, Erection & Commissioning of 50 ton Gantry crane during Midfield Terminal airport project.
 Monitoring of Resources like men, material and machinery.
 Control over procurement of spares (indigenous and imported).
 Safety of self and workmen by ensuring the proper safety measures as per ADEHS Law
 Improved the product quality and reduced concrete wastage by 15%
 Monitoring & controlling of down time hour of Equipment.
 Using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to evaluate the success at reaching targets.
 Preparing daily and monthly reports to the Line Managers of Effect on Production, Downtime of equipment, and Maintenance.
