Ensuring timely closure of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly & annual basis, Financial Statements preparation on quarterly & annual basis, Variance Analysis, Notes to accounts, Board Note, Preparation of 3CD and related schedules, Handling Indirect taxation i.e, service tax, VAT, WCT & CST at unit level involving accurate computation, timely deposition and filing of related returns, Issuing of C-Forms, Handling direct taxation involving TDS computation, accurate deduction, their timely deposition & filing of returns on quarterly and monthly basis, Issuing of Form 16 & 16A Handling Payroll processing at unit level involving their computation, PF deduction & timely deposition, deduction of TDS & advances, F&F calculation, gratuity & leave encashment computation and processing, Handling Fixed Assets involving their Register Maintenance, timely and correct capitalization and scrapping/sell off, Ensuring their adequate insurance, Handling Project Accounting at Unit, Managing the Payables & Receivables, Ensuring timely compliance for Project related statutory requirements, MIS Reporting to Head Office, Coordinating with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Auditors and Implementing their suggestions and focusing on weeding out inconsistencies noted by them in the system, Product Costing, Budget Preparation for Season & Off Season, Submitting budget variance to Management, Providing Feedback for inconsistencies in SAP and getting it removed, Submitting suggestion for improvement in SAP for better report extraction
