• Manage and direct HSSEQ team to ensure maintains clear awareness of compliance and risk horizons within a challenging multifaceted organizational and operational environment with a diverse workforce.

Support VP - HSSEQ in development and negotiation of Health and Safety objectives and KPI’s with Business Unit VP’s to generate
significant improvement in performance, engagement and transparency.
• Ensure the development and implementation of Emergency Management Plans within all operations.

Have extensive work experience of more than 21 years (including 15 years in Oil & Gas) in QHSE domain within Onshore and Offshore operations (LNG Projects, Shipyard, Drilling, Dredging, Production and Well Work Operations), Petrochemical Project, Power Plant Project with Major EPC Contractors.
In my current role as HSE Manager (KOC Approved) with Larsen & Toubro Limited at Kuwait Oil Company’s (KOC) 48-inch 118 km Crude Oil Transit Line Project, Kuwait, one of the most prominent and largest construction projects of its kind, I am directly responsible for the HSE coordination of more than 10 sub-contractors and 2000 workforce from different nationalities and languages.
In my current role as HSSE Manager at Doha Metro Project, Qatar Rail Major Stations, one of the most prominent and largest construction projects of it’s kind, I am directly responsible for the HSE coordination of more than 3500 workforce from different nationalities and languages with the team of 70 HSSE officers, 10 HSSE Supervisors and 5 Sr. HSSE Supervisors.
In my previous role as SHE&S Manager with one of the most reputed International Organization for Heavy Civil, & Mechanical construction Project, Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCC), I was directly responsible for the HSE Coordination of more than 1800 people with 36 SHE& Officers and 9 SHE&S Supervisors reporting to me.
