Managing Driver-Partners relationship as Uber Representative working with New supply & Existing supply division

• Pitching referral schemes to partners

• New supply on-boarding & training

Existing Supply:
• Handling payments details & queries
• Handling driver’s quality cases & penalizing them based on performance
• Developing quality and informative ' Communications' on behalf of Uber
• Ensuring the payments required communication with the operations team for successfully running the weekly payment cycle

• Take partner's training on how to use apps & how to give customers positive services
Projects:
Uber Chittagong City Launch: Successfully launched, lead and manned the multiple outlets of the company with limited resources. Set to launch and lead more centers around the city. Ensure smooth operations in the remote registration centers; lower the turnaround time; ensure proper maintenance of the Process and Compliance of the team to Uber standards; manage any crisis that arises; resolve conflicts and ensure satisfaction of the driver-partner community; keep the team motivated to give their best; various others.
BCOD: Lead of the "Big Community Onboarding Day (BCOD)" project, where a team of experts goes to different communities around the city in an attempt to get more cars attached to Uber so that the Supply side is increased. My responsibility includes maintaining proper flow, ensuring compliance and smoothness of the operations.
