Served as Assistant Civil QA/QC Engineer and AutoCAD Designer for a Saudi Aramco infrastructure project involving the construction of an additional parking area. Scope of work included 35 asphalt parking slots, concrete walkways, retaining walls, ductbanks for lighting, parking light pole foundations, wheel stopper installation, curbstone placement, and interlock paving in the assembly area. Ensured all civil activities complied with project specifications, quality benchmarks, and Saudi Aramco standards.

Carried out inspection and documentation processes aligned with Aramco QA/QC protocols such as SAIC (Schedule of Inspection and Test Criteria), SATIP (Typical Inspection Plans), and SATR (Saudi Aramco Test Reports). Verified construction quality across all phases—earthworks, formwork, concreting, asphalt paving, and finishing—while ensuring strict compliance with ASTM, SAES, and SAMSS requirements. Coordinated with third-party labs for concrete strength testing, compaction tests, asphalt properties, and other quality parameters.

Prepared AutoCAD-based shop drawings and as-built layouts in accordance with Aramco CAD standards, supporting technical submissions, site execution, and documentation. Handled inspection request submissions, QA/QC documentation, non-conformance reports (NCRs), material submittal reviews, and corrective actions in coordination with consultants and Aramco PMT.

Also took on the role of Work Permit Receiver, operating under Saudi Aramco’s GI 2.100 system. Ensured worksite safety compliance with the Site Management System (SMS), Construction Safety Manual (CSM), and Aramco Safety Handbook. Responsibilities included permit issuance, job hazard identification, LOTO, excavation safety, barricading, and full coordination with safety officers and permit issuers to maintain a zero-incident environment.

Initially joined as a Civil QA/QC Engineer and promoted to Senior Quality Engineer based on performance and leadership in quality management. Played a key role in the execution of the Krishi Bhawan Agriculture Institute project, a multi-building government facility comprising administrative offices, institutional buildings, and hostels.

Led the development and enforcement of QA/QC plans across civil activities including excavation, concrete works, rebar inspection, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and architectural finishes. Supervised QA/QC teams, conducted root cause analysis for non-conformances, and coordinated third-party lab testing. Ensured strict adherence to IS codes, CPWD specifications, and ISO 9001 standards.

Worked closely with project management, consultants, and client representatives for inspections, approvals, and documentation. Successfully contributed to on-time delivery of high-quality construction.

As a Civil Engineer for RVPR Construction Company on the Anumandal Hospital building project for 2 years and 2 months, the individual was responsible for supervising daily on-site operations, ensuring that all construction activities aligned with the project’s specifications, timeline, and safety standards. They coordinated and managed labour crews, subcontractors, and equipment while ensuring resource optimisation and maintaining quality control throughout the project phases. The foreman collaborated closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure all technical specifications were met and addressed any on-site challenges or delays efficiently. Additionally, they ensured adherence to strict safety protocols, conducted regular inspections, and provided consistent progress reports to senior management, contributing significantly to the timely and safe completion of the hospital project.
