Job responsibility Over all control of factory operation:
Provides strong leadership and direction to the factory administration control by the close monitoring all the departmental heads such as Factory Manager, Quality control Manager, Maintenance Manager, Purchase Manager and finance Manager. Control for smooth running of production as per plane, product quality, high productivity as well as expected line and labor performance and minimum breakdown and materials losses in the factory.
To ensure all raw and packing materials and equipment store is maintained neatly and inventory is updated daily.
Develop annual factory operation expenses budget in accordance with forecasted sales volumes planned inventory levels.
Ensure that appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are developed and maintained for all aspects of production.
Implement plant safety programs and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP's)
