Responsibilities:
* Make all necessary arrangements for site preparation before construction starts.
* Check layout plans and to carry out the construction work as per drawings
* To ensure timely completion of work as per planned schedule
* Communicate with consultant for Architecture and Structural Drawing.
* Coordinate with Foreman & Subcontracts for the progress of project.
* To ensure high standard of quality works.(Check the quantity & quality of the materials which the contractors will supply)
* Control any wastage and improve quality of workmanship.
* Workout the requirement of different materials for construction.
* Prepare and submit monthly consumption reports, daily progress report etc with proper assistance from store keeper and the supervisor
* All type of construction bill Prepare & Checking of the project as per BOQ.
* Submitting detail quantity estimate of structural and finishing items as required.
