Planning and scheduling of TA shutdown of all units of refinery for mega shutdown activity, material and service contract documents preparation
Project Planning, scheduling, tracking of project progress, Daily meetings to execute the projects within time frame and budget, catchup plan preparation, resources planning etc.

Estimation and calculation of Project
Clearing concern of site visit with client to prepare estimation
Review RFIs/RFPs/RFQs for proposal production/documentation guidelines and work with the Proposal Manager to develop a proposal delivery schedules.
Prepare review drafts, storyboard templates, schedule meetings and track the completion of assignments.
Provide administrative support to the Proposal Manager, as required.
Interface with production team in creation and editing of graphics and documents for proposals.
Able to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with team leaders.
Assist with managing multiple proposal efforts simultaneously.
Prepare the proposal production plan and timeline, manage assignments, collect, and organize proposal content and edit proposal sections.
Making cutting plans of plates to have a minimum scrap according to the allowable limits within codes & standards.
Every step according to the drawing
To maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments. Reports to engineer for any work abnormalities or contractual deviations committed by employees and recommend corrective actions.
Assist the Superintendent / Project Engineer and Construction Manager to ensure that the project specifications / requirements are carried out to the Customer’s satisfaction.
Able to Satisfy the Client by Work and Communications
To direct the activities and check the works of Sub-contractors involved in construction works.
To carry out daily checks on employee’s work, during the previous day to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications.
To liaise with planning engineering order to determining physical progress and the amount (%) of completed work for the preparation of related monthly progress
The execution of all fabrication & machining activities of under mentioned projects right from receiving to delivery of the equipment / material
To prepare monthly progress reports verifying work done during the month and work in progress together with comments on quality and recommendation on required improvements as appropriate
Checks and ensures that all construction work is completed in accordance with approved standards consistent with Sub-contract specifications.
To prepare a Punch List for finished work prior to handover by Sub-contractor to and supervise clearance of same
Accountable for monitoring & inspecting the work, reporting problems, and preventing accidents occurring because of negligence, by enforcing safety standards on the work site.
Maintain and control on-site technical work instructions and records
Ensure that the employee’s tools & tackles for the project requirements.
Ensure that incoming material equipment meets with the project requirements and as per client requirement.

Pre-shutdown execution planning of with Operation, Maintenance, process and quality team
Pre-shutdown arrangements of Materials, equipment's, crane, Tailor, Hydra, Exchanger Gaskets, column Tray, tray packing etc
Providing the tools and special equipment's to the contractor,
Providing the permits to contractors and proper monitoring the safety and related work hazard and precaution and the quality of work as per standard,
preparing the Daily progress report, ensuring all the activity as per schedule plan
Pre inspection of the work and guide the contractor to maintain standard for further approval of the Quality Control team
Focus on the critical path of the Units
Attend the Daily meeting with contractors, operation & maintenance team to highlight the issue which delayed the work, safety issue, to solve the contractor materials and equipment's issue
Clearing the Operation & QC punch list before start-up the unit
T/A shutdown with IOCL Barauni, IOCL Haldia, IOCL Paradeep, Reliance, HPCL & MCPI

Preparing job execution plan during shutdown with operation and maintenance team.
Permit issuing, safety monitoring, contractors materials & equipment's problem solving.
Push the contractor to work with as per planned schedule,
Coordinate with QC team, Operation team, Process team & Maintenance team to clearance the job
Maintain Daily progress report of the Scope of work
Planning the work to avoid the delay with client management
Attend daily Progress meeting
Attend safety Meeting Hazard and precaution plan
Preparing the loop according Piping class as per the instruction of Operation team.
Preparation of Isometric Drawing based on P&ID and piping layout.
Piping Specification and piping material selection.
Marking of weld repairs as required.
Fundamental of pipe and pipe fittings, pipe support and pipe racks.
Plant layout and plot plan, piping plan development.
Fundamental of equipment used in process plant.
Loop monitoring, Iso clearance, Mechanical clearance, Hydrotesting
