Managing and scheduling all network team to work with different kinds of project. Prepare new customers requirements like network solutions, design, router, switch, server configuration etc. Performing routine audits of systems and software. System performance tuning.

currently im handling ERP Management software. in this software backhend im using MS SQL and Crystal Reports and Developing multiservice voice/fax/data intregation between our three branch office(Dhaka, Germany, Hong Kong).using VPN and WAN.
