• Lead and implement budgetary control system of respective business concern.
• Monitor the order wise costing preparation, accessories requirement and consumption and analyze
the variance if any compare to the budget.
• Analyze factory wise operational efficiency like Jhute, Wastage, Left Over & excess/short shipment and
communicate it to the top management with regular interval.
• Gather the correct operational data to prepare the monthly operational data (MOD) report accurately;
• Analyze actual manufacturing costs, order wise budget, fabrics booking, etc.
• Control the raw material cost by monitoring the raw material consumption of each product and
compare it to the BOM/ Budget.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and support decision making for Capex/Opex Investments;
• Analyze factories operational efficiency like capacity utilization, wastage, rejection and communicate it
to the top management with regular interval.
• Monitor Inventory levels, aging and reconciliation with physical stock.
• Make liaison with Production, and supply chain teams for process improvements
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing for the factory.
• Act as a liaison during Internal and statutory Audit.
