a) Oversees the overall projects and ensuring the successful implementation of the overall technical processes of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) construction, Instrumentation and production.

b) Coordinate with project top management, managers, architects, Structure Designer and contractors to integrate overall construction phase as well as recommending for feasible change control, developing schedules, budgets, project controls, managing contracts, negotiations, and client relations.

c) Implement of the Erection, Installation as the Project Layout Plan of Utility Piping & Machinery (Water Treatment Plant, Compressed AIR & GAS, STEAM- CONDENSATE and HOT Water), HVAC (Chiller Piping & Ducting) and FIRE SUPPRESSION system as per SOP.

d) Supervise the IQ/ OQ and Field Test. Comply the Site as per GMP, ISO, API, FFS and OHSEM Standards and Preparing the Site Progress Report with necessary Recommendation.

e) Inspection and Complying the Site Material with the Claim of Manufacturer, URS, TS, P & ID, Design Layout Plan, BOQ, FAT details and Ensuring the SAT as per SOP.

f) Follow up the Safety in Operation, Maintenance and Cooperation with the TRAINING EXECUTION for skill Development & Administrative Activities.

g) Support & Supervise the Commissioning of Critical Energy Regulating System of Fuel (Diesel/ LPG/ Natural Gas) & Electricity Consumption for Compressed AIR, STEAM & CONDENSATE, Production Machinery and HVAC system and also the measure of Validation. h) Review the as Build Drawing, Documentation and assisting to the Project Handover Activities
