Manage new and established account development for continued revenue and growth profits.
Actively prospecting, pursue and qualify potential clients; implement successful selling strategies/ techniques.
Work for all the segments i.e. LCL, FCL, Air and Land freight.

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate departments responsible for coordinating, arranging and monitoring the transportation and movement of goods.
Providing complete range of services from empty container pick-up to loading and to finally shuttling the container to port, also pull out import containers from port.
Negotiate with transporters, sea freight negotiation with shipping lines, spare parts dealer, trucks dealers and insurance companies for services and preferential rates
Ensuring timely clearing of goods/containers (export & import) from port to protect payment of demurrage and rent and overseeing warehouses.
Shipment tracking from load port to destination port (ETD & ETA) and confirm from buyer/seller also on timely delivery.
Follow up with CHA (clearing agents) to file custom documentation on time, transportation and rail out of containers as per vessel planning.
Set performance goals, oversee the setting of land transportation service rates and monitor revenue.
The day-to-day management of vehicles and containers for stuffing on time.
Ensure the safety of company’s drivers, vehicle, materials and equipment.
Take notice of daily yard-in and yard-out activities in terminals.
Supervising stuffing, destuffing and cross loading of material.
