Monitor critical Production systems
Perform basic troubleshooting of Windows Servers
Escalate critical issues to senior engineers
Handle basic client related tasks including, but not limited to:
CSR creation
SSL exporting
FTP setups
Assist in the development of basic documentation
On-call
Providing Help Desk support to end-users

Installation & Repairing of Windows and Linux based Operating Systems, Installing
Windows Patches.
 Coordination with asset vendors for maintaining the security systems.
 Monitoring all Computerized Access Control Systems.
 First level of R & D of system and other kind of IT system (Assets).
 Create inspection report for the security asset and forward to the contractor or vendor.
 Align the vendor engineer for that particular problem
 Coordination and assistance to End Users of the organization
 Providing Hardware and Software Support physically and remotely through MSTSC, Net
Meeting, and Virtual Network Connection (VNC).
 Configuring, of Lotus Notes
 Troubleshoot hardware problems with network cards, video cards, sound cards,
motherboards, modems etc.
 Installation, configuration and Troubleshooting of Local Printer.
 Handling of Antivirus activities such as checking of Virus infected PCs.
 Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting, different type of Data Card.
 Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
 Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
 Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
 Update users data and produce activity reports
 Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
 Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
 Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
