Arranging required paper work to purchase the RFP/Tender document, Review/Evaluating tender documents for Technical/Commercial requirements & schedules.
Review of tender documents and Organize / Take part in bidding in bid submission.
Acquiring quotations from respective Suppliers/Manufacturers. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects. Delegating tasks to the team for quantity take offs and cross checking. Making Pre- Qualification documents and project specific questionnaires.

Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings with the concerned stake holders and maintain the proposal schedule.
Seeking Management approval in reviewing the total project value, identifying Risk factors, Contingencies and associated profits.
All in-house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various sub-contractors or 3rd party etc.
Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of project.
Responsible for review/preparation of OME (Order of magnitude estimate) before onward submissions.
Ensure that commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details.
Identifying new potential customers, generating leads, planning and organizing sales schedule, meeting and all pre-sales activities (Presentation, demonstration, POC…etc.)
Understand customer requirements and prepare related documents (Contracts, Proposal, and POs).
Preparing cost estimation, Build the proposal compliance matrix and track the fulfillment of all requirement.
Provide project related assistance to Program/Project Managers/Directors, Business Development Managers and project teams.
Responsible for both internal and external coordination related to project.
Worked in Global IT-Operations team giving Network-L2 support.
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting network related issue.
Giving support to L1 engineers.
Ensuring maximum uptime of all critical network devices by planning preventive maintenance.
