Key Project: Qiddiya City — Saudi Arabia’s $40 Billion Vision 2030 giga-project spanning 360 km², 45 km southwest of Riyadh. Developed by Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) under the Public Investment Fund (PIF); encompassing theme parks, stadiums, hotels, and largescale MEP & civil infrastructure.

• Erection Works (Steel & Precast): Supervise structural steel beam and column erection alongside precast element
installation; verify alignment, plumb tolerances, joint grouting, and dimensional accuracy against approved IFC drawings and
shop drawings.
• MEP Civil Coordination: Coordinate civil interface for MEP installations across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
— managing sleeve placement, core drilling, penetration sealing, and builders works to eliminate trade conflicts on the
Qiddiya site.
• Pipeline & Plumbing Installation: Oversee pipeline laying, jointing, and pressure testing of plumbing systems; ensure
compliance with approved material submittals, method statements, and project specifications.
• NCR & RFI Management: Manage NCR issuance, root-cause analysis, and close-out in coordination with the QA/QC team;
handle RFI tracking and technical query resolution to maintain uninterrupted workflow on site.
• Permit-to-Work & Safety Compliance: Administer PTW system for confined space, hot work, and working-at-height
activities; conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance across all MEP and civil work fronts.
• Site Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site diary, progress reports, inspection records, and as-built mark-ups;
coordinate with procurement and planning teams for material delivery and milestone tracking.

• Civil Site Engineering & Construction Supervision: Supervised all RC construction phases — raft foundation, NDCT shell,
cooling basin, pump station, and running bridge over pipelines — ensuring 100% compliance with approved drawings, project
specifications, and international quality standards across a 3.8-year lifecycle.
• NCR Management & QA/QC Excellence: Achieved and sustained zero non-conformances by enforcing rigorous pre-pour
checklists, ITP compliance, and real-time defect prevention; zero NCRs raised against the team across all mandatory third
party and client audits.
• Slipform Operations: Led continuous slipform concreting for the NDCT shell across 1.5m lift cycles up to 175m elevation;
maintained structural tolerances, dimensional accuracy, and enforced height-safety protocols throughout.
• Erection Works (Steel & Precast): Managed end-to-end precast installation — crane lift coordination, alignment verification,
joint grouting, and tolerance checks; supervised rebar fabrication, lapping, and welding inspections for RC elements.
• Formwork Systems — Doka & PERI: Supervised Doka panel formwork and PERI scaffolding systems for large-scale
vertical and horizontal concrete pours; consistently achieved cycle time targets while maintaining structural quality.
• Waterproofing & Hydrostatic Testing: Executed waterproofing across foundation slabs and cooling basin structures;
oversaw cooling fills, drift eliminators, pipe joint inspection, border stone works, and hydrostatic testing confirming leak-free
integrity.
• ITP Execution & Documentation: Owned full Inspection and Test Plan compliance at every construction stage; maintained
inspection reports, NCR logs, RFIs, and as-built records for client submission and third-party audit readiness.
• Multi-Trade Crew & Subcontractor Management: Directed 80-100 multi-trade workers across reinforcement, shuttering,
concrete, and erection; coordinated subcontractors and improved site workflow efficiency by 15% through structured daily
planning and proactive RFI resolution.
• Safety Compliance & Permit-to-Work: Enforced PTW, PPE compliance, and height-safety protocols across slipform, high
elevation, and hydrostatic testing activities; maintained an incident-free site record throughout the project lifecycle.
• BBS, BOQ & Progress Reporting: Prepared Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ); maintained daily
progress reports, method statements, and client-facing documentation supporting procurement, billing verification, and audits.

• QA/QC Implementation: Implemented QA/QC procedures ensuring compliance with international codes and client standards
across all civil works stages; achieved zero non-conformances.
• Civil Works Inspection & Approval: Inspected and approved formwork erection, reinforcement placement, concrete
pouring, and finishing works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Material Testing & Document Control: Conducted concrete cube tests and third-party lab coordination; prepared and
maintained ITPs, NCR registers, inspection reports, material submittals, and as-built drawings for audit readiness.
• Method Statement & Drawing Review: Reviewed construction drawings, method statements, and material test reports prior
to execution; eliminated rework arising from pre-construction documentation errors.

• Site Coordination & Quality Compliance: Supported civil construction supervision for luxury residential towers; assisted
with drawing adherence, quality checks, and HSE compliance through site inspections and toolbox talks.
