a) Ensuring delivery of materials within due time, receiving and storing of materials without any delay.
b) Issuing materials as per indent and within specific time.
c) Storing materials as per manufacturer's recommendation and monitoring the expiry of materials on daily basis and thus arranging replacement.
d) Updating bin cards and documenting ledger on daily basis and also preparing closing stock report of store on daily basis.
e) Stock replenishment on the basis of daily closing stock.
f) Preparing, checking and approving bills by including store costs.
g) Rectifying critical items in terms of delivery lead time & notifying to the purchase department.
h) Monitor all slow moving, dead items & notify timely to use or replacement and ensuring that the stock/ inventory has been kept in well-organized way in compliance with JCI & Standard store management.
i) Consumption analysis, Shelf Life Analysis, stock analysis & preparing Inventory valuation report.
j) Setting re-orders level & monitoring local & imported goods.
k) Random physical inventory conduct.
l) Identification of fast and slow/ non moving Items and reporting.
m) ABC & VED report.
n) Supervising the other members of the team, ensuring their effective performance by educating and developing them.
a) Purchase all kinds of home appliances, office stationery, civil item, disposable item, printing item, cutleries & crockeries item, communication item, toiletries item, paints etc.
b) Price negotiation with various vendors
c) Collect competitive price from suppliers & prepare comparative statement for management decision.
d) Make liaison with suppliers, vendors.
e)) Ensure delivery report.
f) Preparing & checking bill.
g) Finally send the bill to accounts department for adjusting advance fund.
