As a military officer in charge and commander having 15 years comprehensive experiences at own military services and secondments in the fields of administration, management, security and related issues at home and abroad. Served at MINURSO in Western Sahara (United Nations) as an United Nations Military Observer from 2010 to 2011 and in MINUSCA as a military observer from 2014 to 2015 .In MINUSCA Forces Headquarters(United Nations), served as a Military Staff Officer . During my service career as a United Nations members and military officer, I have
successfully completed number of professional, administrative & Human Resources courses both at home and abroad.

I have admirably served as an Officer Commanding, Officer in charge and Human Resources administrator. I have served almost all the prestigious Units & bases of Bangladesh Armed forces; mentionable are - I have served as a staff officer at Counter Terrorism Intelligence Bureau in Directorate General Forces Intelligence (DGFI) Headquarters, Human Resources Staff Officer at Air Headquarters (Air HQ) & Human Resources Staff Officer at Armed Forces Division Prime minister Office, Bangladesh.

Throughout my service careers, I have proved my efficiency in Human resource Management & Administrations. It may be add here that I have successfully qualified Post Commission Special Admin Course, Military police course, Security Officer Course, Post Commission Special Admin Course, Improvised Explosive Device Familiarization Course conducted by US Government .I have successfully Completed Post blast Investigation course from Virginia, USA.

I have completed a large number of demanding courses which is offered by United Nations.I have achieved number of remarkable well reputed degrees, mentionable are- Bachelor in Security Studies, Master of Business Administration and achieved the Master degree in Military Studies.I have also completed security related courses like security officer course, military officer course and completed other security related courses at home and abroad.

In Bangladesh Airforce Headquarters, I have managed the staff selection, placement, mobility processes .I have participated in the planning of Human Resources/personnel needs as well ascertain the performance gaps.As an Officer Commanding Number 4 Field Intelligence Unit, Officer in Charge of Recruit training school, Second in Charge & Chief
Instructor of Fighter Controller Training Unit, I have supervise the overall Human Resources & Management.I have completed Post Blast Investigation Courses. As an UN Military Staff Officer & UN Military Observer at UN MINUSCA & UN MINURSO, I have inculcated very good knowledge of the Administration & Human Resource Management policies .

In Prime Minister Office, Bangladesh, as a staff officer I have established priorities, planned, coordinate and monitored all the Human Resources activities in the Civil Military Relationship Directorate. I am
really honored to serve in prestigious appointments at different national & international organizations in Administrative Human Resources appointments. I was awarded with Chief of Air Staff Commendation and Letter of Appreciation for extra ordinary professionalism, self discipline and teamwork in Bangladesh Airforce.

I was awarded with certificate of award by USA Government in recognition of Distinguish teamwork. I have also completed prestigious Defense Services Command and Staff Course in 2013-2014 from Defense Services Command and Staff College from Bangladesh.I was also awarded with Doctorate of Philosophy in Development Management from The Newport University Latvia and California University, USA.
