• Organize and manage the workflow in the laboratory
• Delegate work amongst the various technicians
• Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results
• Monitor outputs and keep records of workflow and usage of supplies
• Supervise the ordering and delivery new supplies
• Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimum results
• Make risk assessments for the laboratory and ensure that the
company's Health & Safety policy is observed
• Collaborates with peers across all sites for trending of PD key performance indicators; ensures harmonized interpretation and implementation of corrective actions, as required
• Leads annual QC self-audits and oversees the implementation of the applicable corrective actions
• Proven computer skills, knowledge and experience conducting calibration, preventive maintenance and/or IQ/OQ/PQ on analytical equipment, especially HPLC
• Mentors and develops personnel; develops group objectives, and ensures their timely completion.
• Prepare optimization, technology transfer and product development reports.
