• Serve as a System & Network Admin, responsible for managing all IT services across 3 Head Offices, 5 Showrooms, 2 Factories, and 4 Warehouses.
• Configure routing and switching equipment, ensuring seamless connectivity and high-speed data transfer.
• Responsible for maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure data flow.
• Install and configure both local and network printers, scanners, and projectors to enable efficient data management and presentation.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP cameras to ensure robust security surveillance.
• Manage Google Workspace to ensure smooth collaboration and communication among teams.
• Ensure timely and effective IT support to all users, and oversee the performance of IT staff members to maximize productivity and quality of service.
• Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
• Managing and maintaining servers, creating and managing user accounts, configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory, monitoring server performance, implementing security measures, and managing backups and disaster recovery.
• Led the implementation of ERP & HRM systems.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CCTV and IP cameras.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IP Telephony System & IP-based PA system with paging.
• Implementing, administering, and maintaining Kaspersky Anti-Virus Endpoint Protection.
• Installing, backing up, restoring, and maintaining Tally ERP9
• Managing the installation and configuration of printers, scanners, and projectors both locally and on the network.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting MS SQL Server.
• Managing Microsoft licensing portal to monitor necessary software licenses
• Ensuring timely IT support and managing IT staff.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test and maintain OS, application software and system management tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• 32 Brunches and 63 MISs Coordinate from Central Office.
• Preparation of management report to Management to view the department activities.
• Hardware & Network support. IT instruments arrange & Implement in all Branches.
• All Branches have any type of PC troubleshooting arrangement at the Central Office.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and guidelines to depot and factories
• Ensure LAN & Internet (with sharing) connectivity in depot computers.
• CCTV, Attendance machine, PA system, Projector, IPABX installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Installation &Troubleshooting Windows Xp/2007/2010/Server 2003/2008 & Server 2012 R2 problems.
• Installation &Troubleshooting Oracle database server customized Sales/TRIP software.
