I joined Dhaka WASA on November 30, 2010 and continue my service in this organization till January 13, 2022.
Dhaka WASA is a government organization responsible for supply of pure drinking water to the inhabitant of Dhaka City, Maintenance and improvement of the sewerage and drainage system.

Duties/Responsibilities:
 Overall Supervision of various Water Meter i.e. Flow Meter of Deep Tube well, Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Water Meter repair and maintenance works.
 Supervise Testing and Calibration of various water meter at Divisional Meter Workshop located at Asadgate, Dhaka.
 Procurement work such as Preparation of Annual Procurement Plan (APP), Tender document, evaluation of Tender, Signing Contract with Vendor in order to ensuring availability of Plant Consumables and Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance Work.
 Oversee divisional administrative and financial issues.

Executive Engineer at Saidabad Water Treatment Plant (Maintenance) Division (SWTPM), address: Dhalpur, Saidabad Dhaka of Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DWASA) from November 30, 2017 to February 27, 2019.
Duties/Responsibilities:
 Ensuring water production of the Saidabad Water Treatment Plant having capacity of 450 million liter per day.
 Planning and preparing schedule for preventive maintenance of the plant equipment & machinery such as 10 MVA Sub-Station, 4x1.4 MW Gas Generator power plant, Motors & Drives of Raw Water Intake, Raw Water Pretreatment Unit, Clarifier unit, Chemical, Chlorine dosing unit, Treated Water Pumping Station, Wash Water Recovery system etc.
 Planning and preparing schedule for preventive maintenance of SCADA control system of the plant.
 Employing contractor for breakdown maintenance work as well as supervision of the work as a team leader.
 Procurement work such as Preparation of Annual Procurement Plan (APP), Tender document, evaluation of Tender, Signing Contract with Vendor in order to ensuring availability of Plant Consumables and Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance Work.
 Oversee divisional administrative and financial issues.

Executive Engineer at Planning and Design, Electrical & Mechanical Division (P&D E/M), address: 6th Floor, WASA Bhaban, 98, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Kawran Bazar, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1215 of Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DWASA) from May 12, 2016 to November 30, 2017.
Duties/Responsibilities:
 Overall Electro-Mechanical works supervision of different division of Dhaka WASA.
 Preparation of technical specification for tender of different division of Dhaka WASA.
 Supervision of sub-stations, generator, lifts, pumps and many other electro-mechanical establishment of Dhaka WASA to ensure routine maintenance and recommend repair works if needed.
 Inspection of new supplied goods such as transformers, generators, lifts, inverters, motor control panels, Power Factor Improvement (PFI) Plants etc.
 Preparing of single line diagram of different electrical establishments.
 Recommending the higher management of DWASA to purchase any goods of solution in order to adopt latest technology.

Sub-Divisional Engineer at Field Maintenance Division-1 (FMD-1), address: 29, K. M. Das Lane, Hatkhola Road, Dhaka-1203 of Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DWASA) from January 28, 2015 to May 12, 2016.
Duties/Responsibilities:
 Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical sub-station equipment (transformers, HT switchgears, LT switchgears, submersible pump starters, PFI etc.), submersible pumps, variable frequency drives (VFD) and so on.
 Preparation, opening and evaluation of tender documents.
 Supervise and monito the execution of installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting work of electrical sub-station equipment, submersible pumps, variable frequency drives (VFD) etc. by the contractors and technicians of FMD-1.

Sub-Divisional Engineer at Planning and Design, Electrical & Mechanical Division (P&D E/M), address: 6th Floor, WASA Bhaban, 98, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Kawran Bazar, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1215 of Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DWASA) from April 02, 2013 to January 28, 2015.
Duties/Responsibilities:
 Assisting in preparation of technical specification for tender for elector-mechanical goods to be procured.
 Assisting the executive engineer in supervision of sub-stations, generator, lifts, pumps and many other electro-mechanical establishment of Dhaka WASA.
 Assisting the executive engineer in Inspection of new supplied goods such as transformers, generators, lifts, inverters, motor control panels, Power Factor Improvement (PFI) Plants etc.
 Assisting in preparing of single line diagram of different electrical establishments.
Following works has done with my supervision/assistance:
 Maintenance and repair of various equipment such as low lift pump, pump motor control panel, pre & Post chlorination system etc at Dhaka Water Works (a small water treatment plant estd. At 18th century).
 Maintenance and repair of the sub-station equipment of Saidabad water treatment plant Phase-1 (of about 220 million liter per day capacity).
 Maintenance and repair of the raw water intake pump of Saidabad water treatment plant (of about 450 million liter per day capacity).
 Maintenance and repair of the sub-station equipment of Pagla Sewage treatment plant.
 Maintenance and repair of the pump no 3 of Kalyanpur Drainage Pumping Station.
 Installation and commissioning of 2000 KVA sub-station at Duaripara staff quarter of Dhaka WASA.
 Enhancing the capacity of Bottled Water Plant (Santi pure drinking water) at Mirpur, Dhaka by adding Compressor for mould injection.

Assistant Engineer (Electrical) at Dhaka Water Supply and Sanitation Project (DWSSP) financed by the World Bank having a total project value= USD 200 million approximately, address: address: 11th Floor, WASA Bhaban, 98, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Kawran Bazar, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1215 of Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DWASA) from December 28, 2010 to April 02, 2013. However, I joined in DWASA on November 30, 2010 and completed an induction training of around 1 month duration.
Duties/Responsibilities:
 Assisting in preparation of Annual Procurement Plan (APP) of the Project.
 Assisting in preparation of local and international Tender document for supply of goods/works according to the World Banks guidelines.
 Assisting in preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) for procuring Consultancy services according to the World Banks guidelines.
 Assisting in evaluation of the submitted tenders/RFPs to find out the most competitive bidders for awarding contract.
 Assisting in supervision of different type of works.
Following works done by me:
 Preparation the amendments to the bid document at the 2nd stage (2 stage tender) for Construction and Commissioning of Storm Water Drainage Pumping Station at Rampura (25 m3/second) and Kamalapur (15 m3/second).
 Bid evaluation specially electrical part of Construction and Commissioning of Storm Water Drainage Pumping Station at Rampura and Kamalapur.
 Correction of draft design of the Storm Water Drainage Pumping Station at Rampura and Kamalapur.
 Supervision of work for Construction and Commissioning of Storm Water Drainage Pumping Station at Rampura and Kamalapur.
 Supervision of Channel development work at different area of Dhaka City.

Senior Engineer (Electrical) at Auto Power Pvt. Ltd. address: House#337, Lane#23, New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka which is a leading sub-station equipment manufacturing and supplying company from June, 2009 to November 30, 2010.
Duties/Responsibilities:
 Preparing offer letter for supply & installation electrical sub-station up to 25 MVA.
 Visiting the site for load calculation and suggesting the client about the requirement.
 Preparing the Single Line Diagram, Lay out Diagram of the sub-station.
 Supervising the manufacturing process of the sub-station equipment i.e. Transformer, HT Switchgear, LT Switchgear, Power Factor Improvement (PFI) Plant and so on.
 Installation and commissioning of the sub-station.
 Preparing Tender Document for submission of tender.
 Over all co-ordination of the whole project.
Project Completed under my supervision:
 5 MVA, 33/11 KV Sub-station at ACI Godrej Agro vet ltd.
 3 MVA, 11/0.415 KV Sub-station at ACI Godrej Agro vet ltd. at Sirajgong.
 3 MVA, 11/0.415 KV Sub-station at Export Processing zone, Dhaka.
 45 KW solar power system for running irrigation pump demonstration for Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC) at Vakurta, Savar, Dhaka.
 2 MVA, 11/0.415 KV Sub-station at Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (Dhaka WASA) and many more.

Assistant General Manager (Construction, Operation & Maintenance) at Sylhet Palli Bidyut Samity-2((an enterprise of Rural Electrification Board) from October, 2008 to May, 2009.
Duties/Responsibilities:
 Construction & Maintenance of 33kv, 11kv line.
 Operation & Maintenance of Power Transformer, A.C.R. Voltage Regulator, CT, PT and so on used in Power Distribution sector.
Following works done successfully under my close supervision:
 Upgrade of the capacity of sub-station from 5 MVA to 10 MVA at Companigong, Sylhet adding 3 nos. single phase 19.05/6.35 KV, 1.67 MVA power transformer.
 Construction of Power distribution line of about 1000 Kilo Meter.
 Renovation of Transformer repairing workshop.
 Inspection of hundreds of factories for HT (11 KV) connection.
 Routine maintenance of different 33/11 KV sub-station equipment such as Power Transformer, Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Automatic Circuit Recloser (ACR), Isolator, CTs, PTs for metering and protection etc.

As a Commissioning Engineer at in Bangla Trac Ltd.(authorized dealer of Caterpillar in Bangladesh) from April, 2008 to October, 2008 capable of performing commissioning & troubleshooting of various machineries. Having experience to do erection, commissioning and operation work at 50 MW power plant (Energy Prima, at Kumargaon, Sylhet).
Performed Commissioning and troubleshooting activities at Gas Fired and Diesel Generator in about 70 nos of different factories and plants.
