I was in-charge of a sequence of processes over a period of one month where I was involved in:
1) Employing safety measures in a chemically hazardous plant.
2) Quality control in each of the steps pertaining to production of alcohol from rice grain.
Milling--> Liquefaction-->Fermentation-->Distillation-->Decanter
3) Monitoring each of the steps as they occur in sequence.
4) Profitable utilization of by-products
5) Packaging and transport of the final products.
Participated in 7th international Food convention ,organized by CFTRI- Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore. Participated in INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON 3S(SAFTEY,SECURITY, SUSTAINIBILTY) organized by FOOD TECHNOLOGY AND BIO CHEMICAL ENGINEERING DEPT. JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY KOLKATA. Took part and grabbed the 2nd position in TEQIP SPONSORED SESSION ON INDUSTRIAL PARTNERSHIP organized by DEPT of FTBE ,JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY. *Presented a literature search on Food safety. Interned at IFB Agro Distillery Plant and looked after the manufacturing of alcohol, liquid carbon dioxide, Rice cake, Chocolate syrup, DDGS and organic fertilizer. Quality control at each step of Alcohol Production.
