Responsibilities & Functions
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, quality assurance, logistics, and shipping.
• Carried out critical inventory tasks, assure correct stock levels and handling date-sensitive products.
• Develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention through regular reviews with warehouse leads.
• Troubleshoot product code discrepancies between stock and records for accurate documentation.
• Observe daily issuance of raw and packing material, collaborating with the Production Manager for efficient production.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet materials needs for production projects, designing management reports for analysis.
• Generate and file financial inventory reports, reviewing them monthly with management.

• Specialist actively involved in maintaining Electrical/ Mechanical items in stock.
• Working in ERP system by doing all process in order to maintain stock like as GRN, MOI, MOT, DOT,
Fuel consumption etc.
• Receive and verify the Material as per Challan & Invoice, Unload the material, Create Material
Checklist, inspection from QC and storage the material in store.
• Checking vendor documents (such as Invoice, Packing List and Freight Bill) and Discrepancy
case inform to the vendor for the same and request for change Credit Note/ Replacement.
• Maintain a record of all activities regarding after the stock physically verification and computerized
and locate every items through code no. in Rack System (Tag of material).
• Smooth flow of work during dispatch & Receiving.
• Reporting to the immediate Manager about day to day report of opening balance and closing
balance of material.
• Prepare consumption report every week and every month.
• Providing Weekly stock report, Monthly MIS report as required for higher management.
• Fast moving slow moving Material Reports, Damage and Scrap material reports.
• Expired material and near to expired material reports every 3 months.
• Documents related with stores maintaining as per company norms.
• Coordination with scrap dealers for lifting the scrap accumulated at scrap yard as and
when required.

 Receive and verify the Material as per Challan & Invoice. Unload the material, Create Material Checklist, inspection from QC and storage the material in store.
 Tagging of material & create GRN (Goods Receipt Note) of incoming material in ERP Oracle & handover GRN copy to Account Dept.
 Maintain a record of all activities regarding after the stock physically verification and computerized and locate every items through code no. in Rack System.
 Handling independently man, material, controlling the stock and inventory management.
 Perform the process of issuing material and receiving material.
 Maintain Minimum Stock Level in store for all items.


 Prepare consumption report every week and every month.
 Checking vendor documents (such as Invoice, Packing List and Freight Bill) and Discrepancy case inform to vendor for the same and request for change or Credit Note/ Replacement.
 Coordinating with site Engineers & Supervisors to arrange the require materials at site.
 Reporting to the immediate Manager about day to day report of opening balance and closing balance of material.
 Documents related with stores maintaining as per company norms.
 Coordination with scrap dealers for lifting the scrap accumulated at scrap yard as and when required.
