o To ensure that production process at every unit is eco-friendly, waste products are appropriately dumped or treated without causing pollution.

o To ensure that the unit management maintains a harmonious relationship with the producer management committee and with the producers steering committee.

o To attend the to management committee meetings of the organization and visit the production units as frequently as necessary for a morale boost up and spot decisions.

o To ensure that the producers piece rates are fixed based on evaluation of job (consider skills to achieve optimum performance, how good she can solve her problems) total cost estimation of the item and its sale price.

o To ensure that the service conditions of the producers are duly followed and their recruitment and confirmation procedure is regularized.

o To ensure that all communications from the units to the other divisions and departments are channelized through the Director Production and Procurement.

o To organize, with the concurrence of the Director Marketing, regular meetings of the unit design officers with the design cell managers/officer to facilitate the process of crystallizing the basics of designs and to get the sample products prepared at the units approved.

o To conduct continuous research for bringing changes in production process, increasing efficiency, reducing cost and saving time and energy.
