• Ensure financial transactions as per financial rules and regulations-GAAP, GoB, IDA and donor agencies.
• Formulate periodic budget and make payments against approved budget.
• Ensure fund disbursement against District & cluster offices in compliance with SDF regulation, internal control and quality control.
• Ensure Village Development & Risk Reduction fund disbursement against Gram Somittee/village organization in compliance with SDF regulation, internal control and quality control
• Checking all disbursement vouchers that payment claims are in accordance with SDF financial rules as well as donor agencies as the case may be.
• Support District and Cluster Accounts team to maintaining books of accounts properly.
• Maintain all pertinent books of accounts, prepare vouchers and preserve in good condition.
• Ensure timely reimbursement of petty cash to District/ Cluster offices and make appropriate accounting.
• Ensure income tax & VAT deduction at source and deposit deducted money to the treasury as per rule and issuance of tax, VAT certificate to the party/ staff.
