Roles and responsibilities :-
Head office
1. Preparation of tendering schedules in bidding dept for various clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal commission, KFUPM, NEOM, Red sea & other Govt clients & Pvt projects.
2. Monitoring all projects and preparation of reports and reporting to higher management
3. Involved in preparation of baseline schedule for newly awarded projects
4. Preparing and Monitoring Key performance indicators
5. Preparation of revised and recovery schedule
6. Preparation of weekly or monthly reports
7. Tracking of procurement and engineering status
8. Monitoring of Lesson learned and risk management
1. Monitoring of schedules and its monitoring
2. Preparing client and consultant reports including manpower histogram, S-curve, cashflow, subcontractor reports etc.
3. Tracking of procurement and engineering status
4. Monitoring and mitigating risks
• To provide effective supervision and quality of work. Report periodically on the progress of work.
• Making monthly Programme of work and monitoring the same by weekly progress review.
• Familiar with Royal Commission Contracts.
• Prepares the invoices and concerned letter for the supplier and sub-contractors as necessary.
• Prepares DPR, WPR and MPR and handled both site work and office work.
• Prepares a detailed schedules and provision of other general information relating to planning.
• Assist in preparing BOQ (bill of quantity), BOC (bill of cost).
• Providing reinforcement details to the bar benders as per BBS (bar bending schedule).
• Attending weekly/monthly meetings with clients/contractors for the project progress.
• Do all related task as directed by the Senior Project Manager.
• Assist in preparation of data worksheets quantity calculation.
• Finishing works checking in presence of sub-contractor’s blockwork, Plastering, Painting, tiling, kitchen cabinet, ceiling and Electrical fittings.
• Negotiable with consultant for cost and schedule proposal claim.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a first class result and proven record.
Bachelor of Engineering in (CIVIL Engineering) Visveswaraya Technological university, Belgaum (KARNATAKA-INDIA)
