Duties/Responsibilities:
1.Ensuring smooth functioning of the day to day Banking operations and services to the customers 2.Ensuring branch profitability and achieving the branch profit target as well as other financial KPIs through acquiring low cost business 3.Optimizing branch P&L, balance sheet performance
4. Maintaining quality portfolio as per risk appetite and exceeding business targets of the bank
5. Ensuring regulatory compliance and prevention of Money Laundering in line with regulatory requirements
6.Leading, counselling, monitoring, coaching and managing people in an environment where people and customers both are priority
7. Ensuring all operational tasks Branch Banking activities - aligned with bank’s policies, regulatory laws and guidelines.
8. Authorize, check BACH Settlement, BEFTN Settlement, RTGS

1. Attached with MoneyGram International Operation
2. Settlement of MoneyGram transaction with NCCBL Branches & Sub Agent Banks
3. Settlement of MoneyGram transaction with TMSS & AVUB
4. Reconciliation of Vostro BDT (NRTA) Accounts ledger & Flora Bank UBS
5. Installation of MoneyGram Software in NCCBL Branches & Sub Agent Banks, TMSS & AVUB
6. Provide MoneyGram Technical Support & Customer Support to NCCBL Branches, Sub-Agent Banks, TMSS and resolve their queries and amendment
7. Prepare Daily, Monthly, Yearly Payment statement for MTO’s and Sub-Agent Banks
8. Online remittance software & technical support for NCC Bank branches and Sub-agent banks.
9. Transaction Tracking, payment follow-up.
10. User and Password management of all online products.
11. Installation of remittance payment software to branches.
12. Trained-up Remittance dealing officers of branches in Remittance payment system.
13. monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
14. talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
15. troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
16. providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
17. supporting the roll-out of new applications
18. rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
19. testing and evaluating new technology.
20. conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

24. Connecting to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter etc.

~Monitoring usage to determine access security.
~Assisting in the installation, performance and maintenance for LAN/WAN infrastructure .
~Assisting Network Team to deploy project based solutions.
~Performing system backups and recovery .
~Planning and implementing new project work for organization.
~Maintaining documentation for a network environment .
~Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.

~investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
~Provides technical support, responds to work orders and complains from the users, analyzes and solves reported network problems.
~Meets cost standards by preparing cost-benefit analyses; tracking and reporting expenses.
~Assists with configuring firewall security settings to access permissions groups for individuals and sets up provisions for incoming data.
~Assists with network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including installation of hardware, software and integration testing, as well as coordinating these activities without disturbing function of other systems.
~Assists with day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability and serviceability within minimal interruption.
