Position: Executive (Accounts & Commercial) From: January-2021 To: Till Date
1. Able to preparing journal entries into accounting software.
2. Able to maintain petty cash.
3. Perform Accounts payable functions such as
verification of invoices received, preparing payments observing credit terms and limits and filing and updating payment records.
4. Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
5. Able to make daily doctors Bill in excel
6. Able to calculate Tax from employee salary as per Bangladeshi rules & regulations
7. Able Prepare monthly and weekly budget in excel Able to make employee salary as per current organization rules and regulations.
8. Able to make financial reports and presentations for management.
9. Able to prepare Loan Proposal to the Bank for Loan Sanction.
10. Able to prepare salary certificate for the employees.
11. Any other task assign by the Head of Department.
Commercial (Import) related experience at Aalok Health Care Ltd: 3+ years
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Able to make purchase order
2. Able to collection Proforma Invoice
3. Able to prepare Letter of Credit documentation for LC opening
4. Communicate with the Bank for LC opening and transaction
5. Able to maintain documentation Like- Invoice, Packing List, HAWB, Insurance & finally communicate customs for clearing the goods.
