fabrication, and transportation drawing for axial fans and regenerative air preheater.
▪ Preparing and checking technical specification for bought item like, centrifugal fans, Lube Oil
System, firefighting system, drive unit, soot blower and electric actuator.
▪ Preparing and checking of technical data sheets for various items like fans, preheater and bought
out items.
▪ Preparing RFQs and sending to vendors for offers.
▪ Reviewing vendor’s offers of fabricated items, bought out items like motor, lube oil unit, centrifugal

performance guarantees, general contract condition.

spares list, erection & commissioning spares list, special tools & tackles list and recommended
spares list, performance guarantee (PG) sheet, technical risk assignment (TRA), TQs and CRS
and BOQ.
▪ Doing selection of equipment like, axial fans and regenerative air preheater, motors, oil circulation
system as per the customer requirement.
▪ Doing technical discussion and negotiation with customer to finalize the scope and terminal points
and document and drawings list and participating in commercial discussion.
▪ Preparing and sending RFQs, RFPs, RFIs for different bought out and fabricated items to
suppliers/vendors.
▪ Doing discussion with sub-vendor/sub-contractors to finalize scope and terminal points.
▪ Technical and Commercial discussion with sub-vendors/sub-suppliers.
▪ Preparing a complete cost estimation of project which includes material, manhours, testing,
erection, and commissioning as per the agreed BOQ.
▪ Preparing PPT for Kick of Meetings (KOM) and participating in KOMs.
▪ Liaising with different departments to discuss the scope and planning & scheduling for timely
execution of the project.
▪ Preparing project hand over note, comprising of project details as per the departmental activity

recommendations for improvement and for replacement of spares parts.
▪ Assisting engineering team in preparation of technical specs and drawings as per the contract,
whenever is required.
▪ Creating Material codes, customer codes, sales order, service order in SAP MM & SD module.
▪ Maintaining budget in SAP module as per the allocation.
