Providing Complete Details of On Going and Completed tasks to COO on a
regular Basis.
- Reviewing BOQ and Preparing a suitable format for Technical Department.
- Preparing Financial Offers and Quotations.
- Reviewing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and Finalizing it for Submission.
- Preparing Budget Plan with based on estimated records with finance
department

Responsibilities and Duties Performing as a
Review delivery orders to ensure supply is met, taking availability, cost,
manufacturing process, and
lead times into consideration
• Monitored shipments movements and performed database and file
maintenance
• Assisted in proposals design, procurement and projects management
• Receiving material request from ongoing projects and responding them
instantly.
• Collecting Quotations from suppliers based on material requests.
• Preparing Purchase Orders and tracking with supplier till the material reaches
the site.
• Designing Managing Procurement log for each project.
Devising and maintaining office systems.
Booking rooms and conference facilities.
Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and
internal databases.
Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.
Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing
post;
Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other
external contacts;
Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and
accommodation.
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based
information;
Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other
colleagues;
Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as
required.
Manipulating statistical data.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory
level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies;
verifying receipt of supplies.
Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and
established procedures.
Secures information by completing database backups.
