❖ Inspected mold/formwork setup prior to casting, checking dimensions, alignment, cleanliness, and release
agent application against approved shop drawings and tolerances.
❖ Checked reinforcement cages and embedded items (lifting anchors, inserts, conduits, sleeves) for correct
placement, spacing, cover, and tagging before mold closure.
❖ Witnessed concrete pouring and compaction activities, verifying mix design compliance, slump test results,
and casting sequence as per approved method statements.
❖ Conducted fresh concrete testing (slump, temperature, air content) and cast concrete cube/cylinder
samples for compressive strength testing, maintaining traceability with batch and pour records.
❖ Monitored curing process (steam/ambient curing) for time and temperature compliance, and inspected
demolded units for surface finish, honeycombing, cracks, and dimensional accuracy, raising NCRs for
defects.
❖ Verified final dimensions, squareness, and embedded items of finished precast against approved drawings
using survey/measuring tools.
❖ Inspected tagging, stacking, and storage of finished precast units, ensuring proper handling and protection
prior to dispatch, and participated in client/third-party inspections at Hold Points.
❖ Maintained inspection records, checklists, NCR logs, and test reports across all production stages, ensuring
full traceability from raw material to finished unit.

❖ Assisted in preparing and reviewing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and inspection
checklists for earthworks, embankment, and structural activities, ensuring alignment with project
specifications and approved standards.
❖ Performed quality inspections during earth improvement activities including excavation, removal &
replacement, Cement Soil Mixing Pile (CSMP/CMP), Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD), and precast pile
installation, ensuring works met design specifications and approved methodologies.
❖ Inspected embankment construction stages sand filling, granular yellow sand filling (FM 2.0-2.5), geotextile
and high-strength geotextile placement, sand blanket layer, subgrade, subbase, and sub-ballast verifying
material gradation, layer thickness, and compaction compliance, and witnessing field density and material
testing with the laboratory.
❖ Carried out inspections for structural works including bridges, culverts, underpasses, and girders, checking
precast components (piles, pile caps, piers, pier caps, abutments) and MSE walls against shop drawings
and approved submittals.
❖ Checked formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring activities for structural elements, and conducted
quality checks on station buildings and service road works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings,
ITPs, and method statements.
❖ Reviewed and verified material submittals, test certificates, and inspection requests (IRs) across
earthworks, embankment, and structural works.
❖ Maintained inspection records, checklists, NCR logs, and quality documentation, ensuring traceability
across all project packages, and coordinated with site engineers, surveyors, and contractors to schedule
inspections and witness points (Hold Points/Surveillance Points) as per the ITP.

❖ Carried out site layout and setting-out works using total station, ensuring accurate alignment of grid lines,
column/core positions, and floor-to-floor levels as per approved drawings across multiple levels.
❖ Supervised substructure works including deep excavation, piling, pile caps, raft foundation, and basement
waterproofing, ensuring compliance with structural drawings and specifications.
❖ Supervised superstructure works including core walls, columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls,
monitoring formwork (including climbing/jump form systems), reinforcement, and concrete pouring for
each floor cycle.
❖ Monitored post-tensioning works (if applicable) and floor-by-floor structural progress, ensuring proper
curing, stripping sequence, and quality checks before proceeding to subsequent levels.
❖ Coordinated and supervised masonry, blockwork, and plastering activities across floors, ensuring
alignment, levels, and finishes met approved drawings and specifications.
❖ Monitored finishing works including flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, and
façade/cladding works, ensuring workmanship met quality standards and approved samples.
❖ Coordinated MEP services including vertical shafts, risers, and builders work (chases, sleeves, openings)
across floors, ensuring proper sequencing and avoiding clashes with structural elements.
❖ Reviewed shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, coordinating with consultants for
approvals prior to execution of works.
❖ Maintained daily site records, progress reports, material reconciliation, and as-built documentation, and
coordinated with QA/QC, safety, and survey teams for inspections and sign-offs.
❖ Coordinated with subcontractors, tower crane and material hoist scheduling, and labor gangs to plan daily
activities and ensure works progressed as per the floor-cycle schedule.
❖ Attended site meetings with consultants, contractors, and project management team to discuss progress,
RFIs, and resolve construction-related queries.
