To facilitate the process for getting approval from the relevant government offices particularly from the District Primary Education Office (DPEO), Primary Training Institutes (PTIs) and primary schools; To make certain in setting up reading infrastructure within selected government schools; Assist to plan documentation of best practices/case study at field level, collect those in consultation with the Manager - Communication; Develop relation with press and provide support in dissemination of public information; Coordinate with UNO, DPEO, PTI, URC, Union Parishad and Upazila Parishad along with other stakeholders to keep them updated on the program progress and to arrange joint field visit with SC in order to get the necessary support for the smooth operation of the Program; Assist Technical Officers in maintaining a good relationship with Divisional/District and Upazila Administration and DPE officials for smooth operation of the program; Develop community mobilization, community partnership strategy along with implementation plan for operating CRC in school catchment areas; Provide strategic and programmatic direction to the field staffs for proper community mobilization; Assist to design a sustainability plan for sustaining the CRCs and combined execution of the plan at field level. Help to carry out the proper entry of the CRCs at community level which can eventually help sustain the CRCs; Guide and support to organize SMC orientation on reading enhancement and engage them in promoting reading activities at community and school level. Arrange roundtables addressing ground level realities identified through community and district levels partnerships; Provide technical support in preparing documentary and success stories; Provide technical support to the field staffs for facilitating the School Managing Committee in using ‘School Level Improvement Planning (SLIP)’ money for reading activities.
