●Responding to client support requests.
●Video conference technical support provide to Indian and other country people.
●Contacting clients to find out of the problem.
●Bomgar Remote tool take user system in remote.
●Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
●Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
●Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
●Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
●Advising on software or hardware upgrades
●If a network issue arises, it has to be corrected by working with the WAN team and the fiber optic cable team.
●Responding to client support requests.
●Contacting clients to find out of the problem.
●Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
●Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
●Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
●Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
●Advising on software or hardware upgrades
● All links status through NMS
●Basis Troubleshooting the link
●Raise the ticket for any issue at respective ISP Support portals
●Follow up with TATA Regarding SDWAN Implementation.
●Daily Network report creating & Share with the Respective team
●Traffic monitoring thorough Netflow (Tirshul)
●Monitor Traffic through Fortigate firewall.
●Config Back-up Firewall and Network Device.
