• Inspect ongoing construction and fit-out works across the mall against approved drawings, shop drawings, and quality
standards.
• Cross-check work clearance status before raising inspection requests; verify compliance at each stage using internal
checklists.
• Investigate workmanship and material quality issues; raise Site Quality Observation Reports (SOQR) and follow up on
corrective actions with sub-contractors.
• Conduct internal quality audits every six months to strengthen risk management, governance, and operational controls.
• Identify root causes of recurring defects (water leakage, ceiling failures, glazing issues) and coordinate
corrective/preventive action with the facilities team.
• Review and submit material requests against site requirements; verify correct receipt, storage, and handling of materials
on delivery.
• Prepare and submit monthly quality and operational reports to property/facility management.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the helpdesk team to prioritize and close work orders within company SLAs.
