1. Preparation and modification of project budget.
2. Monitor the details of actual cost of manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors and other costs in comparison to the earned value of the projects.
3. Monitoring, controlling, reporting and preparation of Actual cost, estimate to complete (ETC), Estimate at completion (EAC), Cost at Completion (CAC), Variance analysis, Cost performance index (CPI).
4. Preparation and analyze subcon periodic valuation.
5. Assign Cost Components and Cost Types.
6. Preparation of Cost breakdown structures of BOQ work items as per resources required in the projects.
7. Analyzing and preparation of Variation orders (VO), claims and additional costs as per budget and SoW.
8. Supervise Daily Manpower Reporting.
9. Create Invoice for Miscellaneous Expenses and back charging of subcontractors for utilizing own resources

11. Analyze Labor hours registration and statistical analysis for RG/OT ratios, with labor efficiency report.
12. Evaluating project and conducting project cost/ benefit/profit analysis with technical vision.
13. Review the preparation of clients billing.
14. Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports.
15. Preparation of Lean Report, Productivity Improvement.
16. Report, analyze and evaluate all cost components, internally and externally, that effect the project’s scope of work as well as work progress in order to formulate accurate invoicing and timely payments for company and all its subcontractors and vendors.
Specialized and Experience in Proposals, Tendering, Estimation and Costing of Construction, maintenance and service contracts projects with ARAMCO, SABIC, Ma’aden and DACO Projects.
Monitoring early stage construction work and project procurement, after awarding project. Fully involved in execution of the Dammam Airport (DACO) project.
With a demonstrated history of working in the civil engineering field industry. Skilled in Oil & Gas, Construction, Road Construction,
Building construction, Porta cabin construction and other Civil Engineering, and Project Management. Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) focused in Civil Engineering.
Estimation of material quantities
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or
the client.
Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance work.
Assist to Estimation team in project estimation.
Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor in documentations and takeoffs.
Dealing with sub-contractor’s issues and payments.
Coordinating with site team with execution work and material availability.
