Bahadurgarh Tikrikalan Pipeline Project (BTPL)
Current CTC :-2.99 Lakh per annum
Responsibility:
•Ability to handle Multi product pipeline operations on the field and by the PLC.
•To ensure safe operation along with the plant safety.
•Checking of quality parameters of products in line with IQCM.
•Operating of pumps according to SOP.
•Monitoring Oil movement, storage, operations and stock loss accounting at day end.
•Preparation of Receipt and delivery documentation.
•Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment (Pipeline, pump, valves, Compressor, DG Set, UPS and battery etc ).
•Working in field as well as control room for monitoring/supervision.
•Maintaining history of equipment/machinery and PM schedule according to ISO formats.
•Supervising and Managing safety and security of pipeline and RoU through GPS based STS tracking.
•Evaluation of strategy/alternatives/manpower/time management related to maintenance and operation activities.
•Effective planning & management for completion of job within stipulated time.
•Supervising Maintenance and operation activities through contract workers and deploying them on jobs.
•Active participation in fire & safety related mock drills conducted at HPCL-RMDS.
Co-ordinate with the Client/Consultant/TPIA to complete the job within the prescribed time period.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Developing project execution schedules plans
•Prepare work breakdown structures, manpower histograms and S-Curves
•To make and prepare Billing Break Up schedule
•Prepare RA Bill for billing of project.
•Update/produce daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
•Review planned vs. actual resource levels and highlight area of concerns to the supervisor
•Conduct site inspections in consultation with Site Engineers to acquire updated information on progress of the section with the actual and planned figures
•Coordinating of the project activities with the various departmental disciplines to ensure that the project proceeds within the project plan in line with the Client’s scope of work
•Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required by the project / business
SKILL’S:
Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management.
Confident use of Microsoft Office software, MS Projects, Plus database packages.

Planning, Managing and Execution of Domestic Gas Pipe Line distribution project for
Laying & commissioning of cross-country pipelines.
Development, laying & commissioning of City Gas Distribution Network (pipeline).
Engineering, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of pressure reduction station
Horizontal boring below roads, railway tracks, canals & rivers.
Responsibility:
•Preparation of electrical and instrumentation work procedures and submit for approval.
•Co-ordinating the installation and commissioning activity of distribution boards (LDB and PDB).
•Preparation of bill of material (BOM) with the help of construction drawing for placing the order.
•Execute the job as per issue construction drawing.
•Erection of electrical fitting, Poles, AC, Lighting, Fan etc.
•Erection of inverter system with testing.
•Co ordinate the laying of electrical cables & instrumentation cables.
•Recounsell all the free issue and supply material as per specification mention in tender document.
•Preparation of inspection report for electrical and instrumentation activities.
•Inspection of incoming material with the co-ordination of client/consultant/TPIA. Generation of MRIR also.
•Co-ordinate with the Client/Consultant/TPIA to complete the job within the prescribed time period.
