Roles & Responsibilities:
• Resource Management, leading team, qualifying candidates, performing professional assessments, analyzing client needs, and building long-term relationships with clients on a foundation of honesty and integrity.
• Client Management: Develop relationships with customer's key executives, explore opportunities to cross/upsell, ensure timely resolution of key escalations/concerns from customers, and put in place mitigation plan.
• Establish positive relationships with clients in order to solidify a stronger regional relationship by the team resulting in the growth of business.
• Work closely with clients and the products team in identifying current and future requirements periodic client meetings in order to understand/gather requirements and share them across the teams
• Planning and rolling out hiring strategies to identify potential resources, Screen and shortlist profiles based on project-specific competencies.
• Managing a team of 5 recruiters and maintained the requirement coverage to produce optimum results.
• Maintaining the daily report for each recruiter to find the performance gaps and worked towards filling the gaps.
• Training the resources to align them with the process and took one-on-one sessions to know their shortcomings and how we could improve the process.
• Submitting resumes and client requirements for submission/on-boarding on client portals
• Arranging client interviews and completing compliance requirements if candidate gets selected for the position.
• Serving requirements for various implementation partners like TCS (Apple, CVS Health, JPMC, Freddie Mac, Prudential, Mastercard, PayPal), Mphasis (Wellsfargo, JPMC), Tech Mahindra (Apple, Google, Citi Bank, Cisco, AMAT, Getinge, Chevron, FIS Global).
• Experience working with VMS like PeopleFluent, GBaM, GRS portal and Workforce Logiq.
• Releasing exhibits and supporting documents to clients after completion of BGC/BGV to onboard the candidates.
• Have been involved in the BGC/onboarding process and was a liaison between the vendor/candidate and the BGC team.
