Planning Responsibilities:
• Prepare / Proposed and submit project (Tender) schedules as per incoming Request for Proposal documents.
• Prepare / Proposed and submit scheduled S-Curves and direct / indirect Manpower Histogram (Manhour Estimates) as per project Bill of Quantities.
• Checking and submitting a two-week look-ahead schedule that has been prepared by the assistant Project Coordinator to be disseminated to the Project Manager.
• Assisting on project change orders and monthly invoice by updating and providing the project progress schedules as per the Quantity Surveyor progress invoice reports.
• Prepare, update, and finalize full detailed project schedules, project cost WBS, scheduled S-Curves and direct / indirect Manpower Histogram once the project Contract Award have been approved.
• Prepare, update, and submit quarterly forecast reports using Microsoft Office and Primavera Software.
• Prepare, update, and submit project Monthly Invoice as per approved and updated progress schedules.
• Attending weekly and monthly higher management meetings with our Client and Project Manager.

Cost Control Responsibilities:
• Managing the gamut operations of the cost control for the high-end value projects.
• Prepare / Proposed and submit project cost WBS as per project Bill of Quantities.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly cost reports and reporting it to management.
• Preparation of detailed variance analysis of the project against budget for manning, Materials, Subcontracts, and indirect expenses.
• Involves in preparation of budget along with WBS structure for newly awarded projects and allocate it to site team.
• Report back to estimation department with variance for the major package and lessons learnt to avoid mistakes in future projects.
• Controlling all expenses for the entire project stage to ensure effective cost control measures.
• Preparation of monthly cash flows in coordination with Finance department.
• Monitoring of reconciliation reports for major materials with respect to their standard ratios and analyzing the impact.
• Involves in preparation of financial reports like Profit & loss statement, Working Capital.
• Preparation of productivity reports for direct labor and thereby enabling the increase in productivity levels at site level.
• Coordinates with procurement to check purchases against budget.
• Allocates correct WBS & GL for purchases through PO’s and cash expenses for all the packages in SAP.
• Verifying subcontractor and major material invoices against the budget and actual quantities to avoid over certification.
• Maintain proper data for the supplements provided to subcontractors at site and monitor that same being deducted from their invoices.

Contract Administration Responsibilities:
• Report status of current contract processes to management.
• Coordinate with internal procurement and legal teams if any action needed.
• Resolve any existing contract conflicts.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied.
• Follow up to guarantee contractual payments have been made.
• Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization.
