With 13 years of working experience in the Generator Service and Power Plant, I am currently working at Clarke Energy Bangladesh Limited. The key engineering experiences are operation, maintenance, troubleshooting & Pre-commissioning on INNIO-Jenbacher gas engine at captive & IPP power plants and 50 MW HFO Wartsila 20V32 engine based power plant.
Duties:
• Pre-commissioning, Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Service of all Jenbacher gas engine & Main Alternators (Avk, Stamford, Leroy-somer).
• Replacement of engine blocks as per OEM exchange program and re-commissioning.
• Build and implement all electrical maintenance procedure.
• Planned and managed all electrical spares and tools as emergency and long term basis.
• Lead to identify failures, making adjustments, lead on trial runs and testing of electrical installations according to instruction.
• Perform scheduled electrical maintenance duties and daily inspection job as a matter of routine.
• Perform troubleshooting of Genset attending in different IPP & Captive power plants.
• Troubleshoot all Electrical faults within shortest time to limit outages in safe value.
Duties:
• To Operation, Maintenances and troubleshooting On Wartsila 20V32 engine.
• Junior Maintenance Engineer for Electrical Dept.to ensure all electrical preventive and corrective maintenance of Wartsila 20V32 engine, Alternators, 11KV switchgear, 0.440KVswitchgear, Booster Unit, Feeder Unit, Unloading unit, Air Compressor unit, Exhaust gas boiler (AALBORG), Aux Boiler(AALBORG), Water treatment unit.
• To repair and maintain all kinds of electrical equipment’s of the entire power plant.
• Perform schedule and unscheduled electrical maintenance duties and daily inspection job as a matter of routine.
• Operation and Maintenance the Fuel & Lube oil separator (GEA Westphalia Separator)
Duties:
• Ericson, Installation and commissioning of Generator (Paramac, FG Wilson, SDMO, Tempest, Kholar, Aksa, Shova & WFM Generator) and ATS.
• Perform and lead Field Service activities according to the work plan.
• Perform schedule and unscheduled Electrical maintenances and daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot all Electrical faults within shortest possible time to limit outages.
• Repairing of Generator Engine.
