The goal of the project is to introduce new and unified Sales front-end using Salesforce, which will allow for channel integration, a reduction in talk time, flexible navigation, and support a 360 degree view of contacts and products (life Insurance products) across the enterprise in order to increase sales, increase retention, and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Coordinated with Business Users and Pricing team to gather requirements for CPQ implementation. Supported the projects end to end implementation. Configured Products, Catalog, Catalog Hierarchies, Bundles, Bundles within Bundle, Price Lists across all products. Various pricing factors like variance pricing, volume based pricing, attribute based pricing has been configured. Involved in end to end QA and UAT testing and validation of CPQ including Products, Pricing, quoting etc. Worked on Salesforce CPQ pricing using list, cost/markup, percent total, block, price rules, calculator plugins, filter rules, system and user discounts.
