Administrative job description and responsibilities:
• Overall supervision of all administrative works & functions
• Maintain and update all HRIS issues
• Assist to develop personnel policy according to company’s handbook
• Arranging training assessment program
• Supervise and maintain day to day administrative activities in the corporate office
• Organizing one day w`orkshop on various issue at different projects of SHL.
• Event management related works like; arranging annual picnic, fair, workshop etc.
• Providing all kinds of logistical support to the company
• Prepare schedule & maintain vehicle movement as priority basis
• Providing logistic support to projects and head office.
• Maintaining Employees/Workers database
• Proposal writing, quotation collecting, creating competitive statement, purchasing all IT and administrative materials and evaluating all materials are working properly.
• Communicate with the workers regarding company’s policies like Hanging ID card, using time attendance electronic device, and punctuality on time, etc.
• Providing security guards to all projects of SHL.
• Ensuring CCTV performance at head office and site office
• Assist management for effective exaction of administrative functions of the organization.
IT related job description and responsibilities:
• Maintain web hosting database and update web site information when require
• Working on proposed ERP and Inventory system for the company
• Close attached with Managing director and high official for helping and maintenance on IT related issue
• Setup new workstation with fiber and wireless by configuring Wireless Router, where printer, scanner, IP camera and other IT equipment’s can work together.
• Email configuration and troubleshooting. Help to sales team on email marketing.
• Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
• Give training and consult on all IT related problem to all users at Head office and Project office of the company.
• Consulting and working for up gradation of IT system for the company
• Proposal writing, quotation collecting, creating competitive statement, purchasing all IT and administrative materials and evaluating all materials are working properly.
• Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users in the active directory.
• Smooth running of all IT systems including anti-virus software, print services, e-mail and ensure the security of data from internal and external attack including backup of server and individual users data backup.
• IT budget, updating inventory of all hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation
• Making training module and trained to new and armature computer user
• Creating conceptual framework on IT solution in all constructional design of SHL projects
• Administrator of network workstations, TCP/IP networking protocols and Windows-based operating systems.
• Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
