1.Role as a sectional head and Delegated Head of Department.
2. Lead a team of 8 direct reporting officers and 35 indirect reporting maintenance staff members to manage maintenance planning, maintenance & troubleshooting and ensure compliance with company policies & quality standards for both equipment & personnel in line with the framed SOP and KPIs.
3. Develop strategic initiatives by doing continuous improvement on processes to accomplish departmental objectives, work on weak areas that are below standard, and motivate the team to achieve the KPI.
4. Preparing Maintenance Budget of the Factory for CAPEX and OPEX.
5. Manage an annual maintenance budget of $5 million for the factory. It is also to ensure company resources are optimally allocated amongst the different sections viz. HFC, W&B, ECS, Heat Treatment Process Shop, and Laboratories to maximum utilization of the Plant.
6. Ensure to maintain and manage the $20 million for refurbishment/up-gradation of test benches for Hydraulic and ECS systems of Mirage Aircrafts.
7. Recognised for outstanding job performance & selected for the prestigious Best Performing Officer of the Year Award for FY 2015-16.
8. Played a stellar role to complete projects under capital budget at a cost of one million USD as well as control & maintain spares management & services with an annual revenue budget of more than Two hundred thousand USD.
9. Instrumental in effectively conducting & maintaining OEE at over 95% as India’ leading player in the aerospace industry.
