ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

•Daily planning according to floor stocks, Bulk status follow up, Shaving plan, Drum Planning, Spray plan to leather finishing
•Priority wise Cutting plan, upper making to full shoe planning, planning according to leather and materials available in stocks.

•As a system administrator,
•User administration (setup and maintaining account)
•Arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure
•Maintaining Systems and Monitor system performance
•Create a backup and recovery policy
•Monitor network communication
•Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network
•Setup security policies for users.
•Maintaining server managements.
•Troubleshooting networks, Hardware, as well as software etc
•Monitoring Daily internet usage.
•Monitoring emails and web hosting servers.
•Maintaining Attendance e time track server (employees punching device)



Purchasing:
•Tender enquiry, get quotations, negotiation for best rates/services/delivery, make comparative statement and get approved from management.
•Identifying and selection of vendors.
•Raising purchase order on the basis of purchase requisition with proper taxations.
•Online and local purchasing of materials
•Handling over all cheques prepared by Finance dept. to vendor as per schedule also doing the follow up for the same.
•Vendor payment follow-up.
•Purchasing goods with the best prize of company’s satisfaction
•Yearly, monthly payments follow-up
•Claiming warranties from the manufactures
•Raising a purchase order with PDC terms of days.
