 Produced written weekly, monthly, annual Statistical Reports.
 Created SQL Queries by using Microsoft SQL Server to obtain specific reports as needed.
 Developed the work by converting paper-based forms into electronic forms including developing workflows for each E-form. Completed by using Microsoft Office InfoPath Designer and Microsoft Share Point Designer. These E-forms include Records Storage Request Form, Disposal of Physical Records Form, Cartons Provision Form, Scanning Request Form and Retrieval Records Form.
 Responsible to capture, classify, codify, disseminate and share the electronic content (information related to the services) in the SharePoint Portal of IDBG.
 Analyzed, designed, and programmed an application for “Registered Mail” (Incoming Mail from Shipping Companies) by using VB.NET and SQL. This application can register, edit, delete, search, and provide reports based on the requirements that have been collected from Mail Center.
 Revised and indexed Board Documents, Circulars, Administrative Instructions and Financial Vouchers.
Conducted a training workshop for staff in other divisions for the Administrative Services Department. Its title was “How to create a services catalog in IDBG Portal."
