- Led the technical support to client SoftBank Mobile Corp. one of the largest mobile network operators in Japan for RealNetworks’ Music Ringback Tone (RBT) solution (Music purchase and management system accessible by web-site, mobile device, Music streaming hardware, Billing system, SMS system). Responsibilities were 24/7 On-call, On-site technical support, Trouble management, Patch release and installation, Client meeting
- Technology/System handled: E1/T1 board, IVR, Windows-Unix servers, Java/J2EE, Perl, Shell script, Oracle
- Added functionality to various asset management applications (stand-alone and web-based) such as Client reporting, Government pension fund analysis tools in addition to 24/7 support to these applications. Worked closely with business users’ to gather business requirements and provide them day to day technical support
- Technology/System handled: Windows-Unix platforms, Java/J2EE, Struts, Shell script, Perl, Autosys, Sybase
- Developed Fujitsu’s own Ajax Framework (Interstage Interaction Manager). In addition to this I led the development of the installer of this product
- Being Japanese-English bilingual I translated many technical documents such as Linux Specification Base and demonstrated our product to Japanese and International Clients at Fujitsu Software Exhibitions throughout the year
