 Procurement Plan, Identification of needs, supplier identification, Market engagement strategy, evaluate contract award, manage performance, review.
 Coordinate with the consultant for submittals, approvals.
 Review the technicalities on construction site and coordinate with a sub-contractor.
 To check the timeline of a particular job and make sure the task is on schedule.
 Submit site progress report to the Project manager / consultant on a weekly meetings.

 Managing procurement activity of various building and real estate development projects including interior and finishing works of multi-story residential buildings
 Review the technical documents (BOQ, drawings, and specifications) for material procurement.

 Generate enquiry to sub-contractor / supplier as per the approved list by client / consultant and detailed study of quotations received by different vendors.

 Closely monitoring site progress and issuing site instructions to sub-contractors in case of delay forecast.
 Attending weekly progress meetings with the sub-contractor and identifying delay points.

 Identifying & proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partner’s architects, interior designers, and consultants.
 Discovering and exploring opportunities by analysing market strategies.
 Operating procurement management for different execution site in Delhi NCR.
 Exploring the supply market mentioned in technical documents.
 Analyse the best supplier in the market, get the best price and negotiate.
 Exploring the channel partners for our product in different cities in India.
 Operations examining risks, potentials, estimating partner’s needs and goals.
