Plan and execute all projects work including construction and supervision of all the works of civil structure of the group for timely completion.
: Arrange testing of materials from recognized universities/institutes for confirming the required quality standards.
: Provide regular feedback to the higher authority related to the construction problems and resolve those as per guideline of the management.
: Evaluate, select and engage proper contractors for the construction works and monitor their performance for future engagement/employments.
: Cooperate with the purchase department for procurement of the best quality available construction materials from the market and ensure timely supply of materials for on time completion of project.
: Provide on job training of the engineers/other staffs of project department and manage performance of the staffs.
: Conduct regular meeting with the project department staff for proper coordination, cooperation and improve the efficiency of the work.
: Maintain close liaison with the government and non-government officials especially of
Engineering departments and other agencies for the project related activities.
: Supervise and ensure timely preparation of payments of all contractors; bills, departmental bills of office/residential buildings of the group.
: Directs and coordinate the activities of the project personnel to ensure progress on schedule. Also guide the project team in needful manner to resolve various problems and give them technical advice as and when required.
: Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedule or plan as required.
: Coordinates projects activities in line with requirements of the governments or other agencies. Also visit government offices time to time approval etc.to ensure completion of the project works in lawful manner.
: Hire appropriate and efficient contractors as and when required to complete the project job as per the standard and develop modality to check the quality of the contractors as a routine.
: Pay site visit on regular basis to ensure progress and quality of the project work.
: Provide necessary to the higher authority related to construction problem and resolve them as per endorsement of the management.
: Guide the company to engage right and quality suppliers oversee their day to day activities thereby ensuring that suppliers are supplying right materials at right time and right cost.
Responsibilities:
1. Enforces Company policies & procedures to construction personnel and activities on site.
2. Communicate and liaises with the Section Head of the Construction Team to achieve the smooth implementation of the construction plan or its review and adjustment if require.
3. Reporting to the Section Head of the construction team and giving all the information required for the works. (e.g. material used, equipment hours, etc.)
4. Assists Section Head in the organizing, planning and scheduling of the works. Responsible for the on site availability of shop drawings and communicates with the foremen for the construction works.
5. Daily coordination with Section Head, Foreman, Surveyor, Quality Inspector, Client, W/S Foreman, for the effective management of the works.
6. Responsible in the field for all day operations ensuring the safety of the personnel involved the proper use of equipment and that the works remain within the quality specified.
7. Responsible for maintaining minimum stock of critical project materials and consumables need for the daily work activities.
8. Enforces and ensures implementation and compliance with all Company's HSE policies and regulations within the site. Raises awareness and develops a safe work environment.

2. Feeding Ezdan and International Housing Group Project at Al Wukhair, Doha, Qatar
I) 220KV/66KV/11KV super substation
3. EVSD building, Offshore project at Halul, Qatar
4..EPIC Crude Oil Export-import facilities upgrade and beach landing valve at Halul.Qatar.
5.Qatar Power Transmission System Expansion -Phase- IX :
I) New Doha NORTH - 220KV/66KV/11KVsuper substation
at West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
II) Naeeja West- 132/66KV/11KV super substation
at Naeeja, Doha, Qatar.
iii) Umsalal Mohd. 220KV/66KV/11KVsuper substation at Umsala Mohd.

Responsibilities:
•Excellent interpersonal, communications, problem-solving, supervision and organization skills
•Strong knowledge in International Engineering Standards, methods, materials, equipment, and tools involved in on-site construction activities in his sector of expertise
Supervise all construction crew in a particular sector of expertise (Civil Supervisors, General Foremen Civil, Foremen Civil, Tradesmen, etc.) or zone of the site to successfully execute construction jobs, and ensuring safe work environment.
•Accountable for the construction performance of his sector / zone
•Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of all crews in his sector / zone
•Inspects the work performed by construction crew in his sector / zone to ensure that it meets standards and specifications
•Leads and instructs construction crew in the execution of new construction jobs
•Inspects tools, equipment, and work conditions to ensure compliance with safety requirements
•Maintains accurate work records (e.g. material wastage, site inventories, etc.) for his sector / zone
•Reviews timesheets & cost accounting data for accuracy
•Demonstrates continuous efforts to improve operations
•Work in accordance with safety policies

16. Monitor and analyze project schedule in his field

22. Performs other duties as assigned by upper line of authority within the scope of his qualifications

Responsibilities:
Supervising contractors and quality control the execution works at site related to projects.
· Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
· Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
· Coordinate the flow of information between subcontractors.
