Leading the sourcing activity for the company and cost savings targets with senior managers.
Continuously reviewing the company’s procurement strategy to ensure that all products or services are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time.
Identifying any contractual supplier risks ensuring that the forecasted procurement margin is met or exceeded.
Review all the specifications and requirements for the material to be used for the construction, according to the project and to the applicable standards.
Work closely with finance department on budgets and cash flow.
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
Hire, train and evaluate a cross functional team of employees.

* Plan in advance with Project team regarding the need of material and plan the materials to approve.
*Review all the specifications and requirements for the material to be used for the construction, according to the project and to the applicable standards.
*Identify and clarify all applicable requirements, review them with the consortium and with the client engineering, and prepare all the documentation, test or samples needed.
*Ask for the required documentation, sampling and tests, review it in accordance to the QC Deputy and submit to the engineer.
*Follow up of all the process, answering any amendment and finding out anything that is necessary until the final approval.
*Ensure that all the requirements are comply during the construction, taking any actions to be necessary.
*Preserving and maintaining the documentation associated with the material approval and use.
*Participating in decisions on the corrective measures to be taken.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance, Sales, Logistics) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Oversee the daily operations and sales of a large distribution facility.
Responsible for Procurement Department both Overseas and Local.
Look into all technical details as per the customer request.
Prepare quotations as per customer needs.
Meet and exceed all company set operations and sales goals.

Attend trade shows and maintain regular involvement in key industry associations.
Work with manufacturing units to ensure that the material is delivered in time.
Actual engineering supervision and inspection of electrical installation works such as Earthing & Lightning layout, Conduit layout, Cable duct banks (LV, MV), Cable trench and trays, Equipment layout (MCC, Switchgears, Panel boards, etc.), Lighting & Receptacle layout, Power layout, Cabling and others.
Study and compare electrical plans with the architectural and civil plans and coordinate with the said departments for the possible discrepancies in elevations, location and dimensions of equipment’s, electrical trenches, cable duct banks, pipe sleeves, and other electrical items (to be implemented by the Architectural and Civil Department) for the timely modification and revisions of plans.
Prepare the request for Inspection for Approval as per accomplishment.
Coordinate with the Warehouse and Materials Department on the updates and stock availability of electrical materials for the project.
Plan meetings with the designers to improve the drawings.
Maintaining good co-ordination with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors.
Make internal inspection on electrical installations prior to final inspection between subcontractors and clients consultants for final approval of all electrical works. Arranging safety meetings to the electricians and suggesting them to maintain safety measures at work area.
Maintaining coordination between all the MEP departments.
Preparing Bill of Quantity for DB, SMDB, small power, lighting, conduit, building wiring, cable containment, cable glands etc.
Worked with Procurement team to ensure that the material purchased complies with the project standards and specifications.
Check shop drawings.
Responsible for MEP work at 5 Railway Stations that include 3 stations of Muzdalifah and 2 stations of Mena.
Prepared technical documents of Transformers, Generators, Switch Gear, MCB’s, MCC’s, Panel Boards Power Rating, Lighting Fixtures (Indoor and Outdoor) and Lighting Poles.
Supervision monitor check, qualify and approve electrical sub-contractors scope of work and accomplishment.
