 Comply and submit safety statistical information to the Safety Manager each month.

 Ensure each site has copies of the Safety Plan.

 Monitoring the activities of company and subcontractor work operation.

 Attend all site safety meetings.

 Regularly consult with site management regarding KAEFER L L C. safety management system.

 Carry out daily site inspection, checking the safety devices, P.P.E. and ensure that safety requirements are being complied with.

 Conduct the safety induction course, Safety Training programs, Fire Fighting Training, Toolbox meeting checks of permits to work.

 Inspection and approval of scaffolds and ensure the only approved scaffolds are being used by crew.

 Monitory the strict implementation of Work permit system (hot-work, earth-work, electrical-work, lifting operation and confined space entry etc.)

 Verify the compliance of various statutory rules & regulation and recommendation with respect to safety.

 Training/assisting supervisors to conduct daily Toolbox meetings.

 Investigating accidents/incidents and taking precautionary measures.

 Monitoring securities, emergency system and ensuring emergency services.

 Ensure that all construction equipments and loose lifting gears are inspected and certified by third party and color coded before put in to use.

 Provide HSE induction training to all new comers.

 Ensure Fire Extinguishers are kept in easily accessible locations and are inspected as per project requirement.

 Verify licenses of all Crane Operators, Riggers, and Drivers and ensure they are in compliance with requirements.

 Ensure good house keeping through out the period of work.

 Provide safety information and guidance to supervisors or staff person on proper safety procedures, current and potential hazards employee training requirements.

 Correction of unsafe work.
